Saturday Fun

Just had to post these pictures I took on Saturday. It was a gorgeous day and the kids got to go outside and play basketball (sorry, no pictures) AND baseball with their dad. As you can tell, they all had a blast.
Aubrielle did her best to keep her eye on the ball, sometimes she was so "bug-eyed" when the ball was coming I was afraid her eyes would pop out :)
Benson was thrilled when he "hit one over the fence" (just like the Dodgers players - except our fence is only 2 feet away:), you should have seen his face light up.
Jaycie obviously believes she is just as big as the other two, just take a look at that swing :)
Mom enjoyed being able to get outside and in the fresh air (Dad even pulled out her beach chair so she could still "take it easy")!
And Dad was the perfect coach/pitcher, even though he really wanted to be watching mom's bracket fall apart and his take the lead....grrrr.

Getting Back in the Swing of Things...

Hey there! (If anyone is still even checking this....) I am happy to report that I have been almost 3 weeks now with no bleeding or spotting! This is quite an accomplishment for me given that I bled/spotted for almost 8 weeks straight. (And believe me, that takes a toll on your body!) So many, many thanks to my wonderful ward who insisted on me staying on the couch and allowing them to do my cooking, cleaning, child care, etc. I am feeling a million times better and know I couldn't have done it without them! (It's amazing, if you give your body time and energy to heal, it will!)
Also, you might have noticed I'm giving my blog a new look finally, Christmas was getting pretty old. The new blog title is thanks to my ingenius, and yes, a little geeky, brother Dallan. However, I'm still looking for a new title that doesn't have to be updated all the time, so please, submit your ideas.
So now on to the good stuff, I finally took some pictures of the kids yesterday. I seriously hadn't touched my camera since I got home from my Christmas trip, so here is a little sampling of what the kids do all day while I lay on the couch :) Jaycie and Benson love to shoot Benson's nerf guns. Jaycie has no idea what the trigger is for, but that doesn't stop her from pointing it at everyone and wishing it would shoot. And Aubrielle has been the play dough queen the last few days thanks to one of my wonderful helpers who came over to help and brought the kids homemade playdough, how fun! (And don't bother looking too closely at their hair or clothes, it's pretty pathetic....oh well, hopefully this will be over soon...I have my fingers crossed for next Friday's OB appt:)
